Unified followers!

We have perceived that the duplicity between following users and shows has caused a little bit of chaos within our community.

For a lot of listeners it was not clear which it’s better to follow (a user, a show or both) and how notifications for newly created contents works.

For producers was difficult to understand how many users follows his podcasts because the followers was scattered between the user profile and each show created.

For these reasons, we have unified followers for shows and users, but don’t worry, it’s all much easier now!

If you are a producer, all followers you had on your shows has been moved to your user profile and you have a one, unified metric to track how many people loves you and your podcasts.

If you are a follower, you’ll receive notifications when one of your followed users creates a new content, both live and podcast, and the list containing your followed shows now it’s populated with all shows from the users you follow.
